What Really Sets Us Apart

From exhibition stands to annual general meetings, from 50 to 100,000 attendees, whether digital, in-person or hybrid. Gahrens + Battermann.

Full service: We do not hire out equipment for self-assembly. Our trained staff are on hand to assist – from the planning stage right through to the final touches on site.
Supporting the next generation: At G+B, around 20–25 apprentices and dual-study students embark on their careers each year. Since 2006, our G+B Academy has complemented this commitment with practical further training for the events industry, and since 2026 also with the Event Management and Technology degree programme in cooperation with FOM University of Applied Sciences.
Experience with sensitive events: Annual general meetings, members’ meetings, party conferences and local council meetings are subject to their own legal and organisational rules. We have been familiar with these procedures for decades and implement them reliably.
Sustainability is our guiding principle: For us, responsibility is not a secondary concern. We are actively working to measurably improve our environmental footprint, for example through the sale of second-hand equipment – transparently and accountably.
