In addition to participating on site, journalists had the opportunity for the first time to follow the event live on the Internet and ask questions via chat.
The project at a glance
In 2020, G+B accompanied the first hybrid annual press conference of its customer RheinEnergie as technical partner. Interested journalists select in advance in which way they would like to participate in the event, analog or digital. If they wanted to participate via the livestream, they received a personalized link. This gave them access to the livestream and the document library. Questions were asked and answered via the G+B streaming portal.
An active exchange was thus possible for all interested journalists from their home office.
In the end, Stadtwerke Köln GmbH used our setup and service for their virtual balance sheet press conference.
