The second edition of the AGCS Leadership Summit was also held entirely digitally. Instead of speaking in person at the company headquarters, this time the speakers were connected live – visible to everyone on the NEC displays in the specially set up studio. Over three days, 200 executives from around the world actively participated in the event, either via the streaming portal or by telephone. Everyone was actively involved.

In addition to the main area, there were five other rooms in the building, which we connected to the live stream as needed.

Participants used the streaming portal to access the agenda, live voting, the download area for additional documents, and the chat function. Discussion, exchange, and voting—even the supporting program was changed and adapted based on the voting results.

Due to travel restrictions, our specialists from G+B Interactive were unable to travel to Munich in person. So they were connected, integrated into internal communications, and were able to control the show remotely over three days.
