You can hire state-of-the-art event technology from us on its own, or opt for the complete package, which includes technical planning, the set-up and dismantling of the event equipment, and the operation of the equipment by trained and experienced specialist staff.

On request, we can also act as the main contractor for your event, managing security, catering, graphics and much more. As our latest business area, we support you through our streaming portal in organising digital or hybrid events that will delight your guests online.

At Gahrens+Battermann, you’ll find everything you need when it comes to event technology. We provide high-quality sound systems that impress with their speech intelligibility at events. We offer everything you need when it comes to truss systems for your events. Truss systems are primarily used at events where, due to the layout of the venue, it is not possible to attach structures to the ceiling. With our bespoke truss structures, we offer the right solution for every event. We can also arrange for the necessary structural analyses and safety plans to be calculated for your event on an individual and professional basis.

With over 12,000 items, we offer event technology for events of all formats and sizes. Our project managers will be happy to draw up a tailored quote for you based on your ideas and requirements. As a full-service provider, we are also happy to assist you with planning your event. However, if you already know exactly which event technology you require, we can also provide you with a dry hire quote.

Of course, we are also happy to provide you with a quote for a single technical area. This means you can hire just sound or lighting equipment from us – entirely according to your needs. However, it often makes more sense to entrust everything to a single service provider, as processes have been fine-tuned over the years and this can save both time and money. That said, we have no objection to you working with another service provider.

Dry Hire refers to the hire of technical equipment, usually for media productions or stage events, without utilising additional services such as operation or set-up and dismantling. If you require high-quality media technology on a dry hire basis for your event, please do not hesitate to contact us. We’d be happy to provide you with a quote! We’ll put your order together at one of our warehouses so that it can either be collected or delivered safely to your event venue. We assure you that our technical equipment meets the very latest safety standards and is regularly serviced and updated by our specialist staff.

As a general rule, we do not make a separate distinction between event technology for trade fairs and other events. We consider each enquiry on its own merits and provide you with a bespoke quote tailored to your wishes and requirements. Of course, we do not rule out the possibility that certain media technology may be used more frequently at trade fairs than at other events, and vice versa. Thanks to our many years of experience in the field of event technology, we can always put together the right equipment for your needs.

As an experienced technical partner, we are on hand to support you throughout your event and can respond quickly to any issues. Thanks to our extensive stock of equipment, there is a high chance that we will be able to provide you with additional event technology equipment from our stock at short notice. Thanks to our network of branches across Germany, we can often deliver on the same day or the following day. And should we find ourselves out of stock, we can draw on a large network of suppliers.
