Digital concept also convinces presidents.

At this year’s general meeting, the members of the Eintracht Braunschweig soccer club met purely digitally and relied on G+B for this.

The project at a glance

Instead of speaking in person at the company headquarters, this time the speakers were connected live – always visible to everyone on the NEC displays in the specially set-up studio. Over the course of three days, 200 executives from all over the world actively participated in the events, either via our G+B streaming portal or by telephone. Everyone was actively involved.

In addition to the main area, there were five other rooms in the building, which were connected in parallel by us via a live link as needed.

From the G+B streaming portal, participants used the agenda, live voting, the download area for supplementary documents and the chat function. Discussion, exchange and voting – even the supporting program was changed and adapted depending on the voting.

Due to travel restrictions, our specialists from G+B Interactive were unable to travel to Munich in person. So they were connected, integrated into the internal communication and were thus able to externally control the show over three days.
