As a full-service provider, we supply the full range of media and event technology for your trade fair presence: lighting and rigging, audio technology, video and media technology, and network and IT technology. We also offer suitable digital solutions for on-site visitor registration, the management of your conference rooms, and interactive experiences. We are your expert partner for trade fairs, stand construction and exhibition technology, as well as virtual trade fairs.
We are your expert partner for hybrid or virtual trade fairs. Our digital event solutions have been in use by our clients for many years. As a result, we were able to adapt very quickly to the new challenges posed by the pandemic. Our high-quality event technology, our digital solutions and our experienced staff are ideally suited to organising trade fairs, whether virtual or hybrid. Our expertise lies in event streaming, but we are also your full-service provider for all other aspects of virtual trade fairs.
Your point of contact will always be the person based closest to you. Throughout the entire trade fair project, you will have a dedicated contact who is fully familiar with your project and will coordinate the team on site for you.
We have access to and use standard planning tools such as CAD, AutoCAD and VectorWorks when planning exhibitions. This enables us to exchange data in the file format of your choice and work together. We have created symbols for the equipment in our hire fleet, making visualisation quick and easy. In addition, we have technical drawings with dimensions and weights for all the equipment in our hire fleet. For data exchange, we provide you with cloud storage or set up a Teams group together with you.
In short: greater security, faster service, lower logistics costs and technicians on site.

Thanks to our proximity to the exhibition venue, our exhibition team has in-depth and excellent local knowledge of the exhibition grounds, on-site conditions, requirements, contact persons, etc. Our local warehouse for exhibition equipment and our on-site team can often step in at short notice. Our special access permit allows us to operate on the site before, during and immediately after a trade fair. This ensures everything runs smoothly. We have already impressed our clients and trade fair visitors at numerous events across Europe (Amsterdam, Paris, London, Madrid, Barcelona, Birmingham, Glasgow) and around the world (Detroit, Moscow, Singapore, Tokyo). If you are planning a trade fair abroad, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to advise you personally!
Do you have a great idea for your exhibition stand and need help with visualising and bringing it to life? We offer a range of options to help you visualise the final result: using renderings or visualisations, we can give you a 1:1 preview; we can also arrange trial set-ups or send the exhibition equipment to a stand builder in advance for installation. Our aim is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your exhibition presence.
It is also possible to set up your exhibition stand before the official stand-building period begins. If you opt for an early set-up, you will only be charged for the materials and exhibition equipment for the actual days of use, not for days when the materials are installed but not in use. However, if the lead time is very long, transport days may be charged. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested!
As your service provider, we are happy to plan the positioning of the suspension points and place an order with the exhibition organiser. Structural calculations are also part of our service offering. Often, the actual installation of the suspension points is carried out by a specialist company on site.
You can also count on us to switch on the event or exhibition equipment at the start of the event.
