What services does G+B offer for my trade fair stand?

As a full-service provider, we supply the entire range of media and event technology for your trade fair presentation: Lighting and rigging, audio technology, video and media technology, network and IT technology. We also have suitable digital solutions for registering your visitors on site, managing your conference rooms and interactive moments. We are your competent partner for trade fairs, trade fair construction and trade fair technology as well as virtual trade fairs.

We are your competent partner for hybrid or virtual trade fairs. Our digital event solutions have already been in use for our customers for years. Due to the pandemic situation, we were therefore able to adapt very quickly to the new challenge. Our high-quality event technology, our digital solutions and our experienced staff are perfectly suited to host trade fairs also virtually or hybrid. Our expertise lies in event streaming, but we are also your full-service provider for all other topics related to virtual trade shows.

Your contact person is always the contact in your (closest) vicinity. Throughout the entire trade fair project, you have a contact person who is very familiar with your project and coordinates the team at the trade fair site for you.

We have and work in the exhibition planning with the common planning tools such as CAD, Autostage and VectorWorks. This allows us to exchange data in the file format of your choice and work together. For equipment in our rental fleet, we have included symbols that make visualization quick and easy. In addition, we have technical drawings with dimensions and weights of all devices in our rental fleet. For data exchange, we provide you with clouds or develop a team group together with you.

In short: More security, fast service, low logistics costs and technicians on site.

Our trade fair team has a profound and very good local knowledge of the trade fair site, the conditions on site, the requirements, contact persons etc. due to the spatial proximity to the trade fair site. Our local warehouse for exhibition equipment and our on-site team can step in at short notice in many cases. Our special entry permit makes it possible to be active on the site already before, during and directly after a trade fair. In this way, we make it possible for everything to run smoothly. Of course, we can also support you with a booth abroad. We have already been able to impress our customers and all trade fair visitors during numerous assignments in other European countries (Amsterdam, Paris, London, Madrid, Barcelona, Birmingham, Glasgow) and worldwide (Detroit, Moscow, Singapore, Tokyo). You have a great idea for your exhibition stand and need support with visualization and implementation? For a better idea, we have various options at our disposal: With renderings or visualization we give you a 1:1 preview, also trial setups or a pre-shipment of the exhibition technology to a booth builder for installation are possible. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your trade fair presentation.

It is also possible to set up your trade fair stand before the actual trade fair set-up time. In the case of advance set-up, the material and trade fair technology will only be charged for the actual days of use, not for days when the material is installed but not in use. However, if the lead time is very long, rolling days may be charged. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us!

As your service provider, we are happy to plan the placement of the suspension points and an order with the exhibition company. Statics calculations are also part of our portfolio. Often the actual placement of the suspension points is reserved for a specialized company on site.

You can also count on us to switch on the event technology or trade fair technology at the start of the trade fair.
