Since August 2022, virtual and hybrid annual general meetings have been possible on a permanent basis.

Questions & answers regarding the hybrid and virtual Annual General Meeting

We can conduct this combination of the Annual General Meeting in person and virtually for you as a hybrid Annual General Meeting. Your shareholders can either follow the meeting via stream or participate in person.

Shareholders can also submit questions during a virtual Annual General Meeting within a time limit.

It is technically possible for shareholders to have their say live during the event. We offer you the technical possibilities. Simply let us advise you.

Dynamic camera work also makes the virtual general meeting seem more alive for the viewer. For example, we use camera cranes, steadycams, etc. We are also happy to support you with graphic elements such as belly bands, the use of a green screen and other solutions.

This is one of the most important questions when planning and implementing a virtual annual general meeting. The issue of redundancy is customized depending on the stock corporation and security requirements. We would be happy to discuss this with you.

Questions & Answers on the Annual General Meetings in Presence

Voting via tablet is already possible at the Annual General Meeting. The advantages are obvious: quick and easy evaluation and 99% certainty of results. More and more stock corporations are using this option at their AGMs. Contact us if you are interested in digital voting.

When holding a general meeting, there is a purely legal right to the understood word, i.e. the guarantee of a comprehensive sound system. This applies not only to the meeting venue, but also to all relevant attendance areas, such as the corridors and sanitary areas. We are familiar with the legal requirements of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and have the right technical solutions for all requirements.

On the basis of the German Stock Corporation Act, shareholders have the right to speak and ask questions during the Annual General Meeting as well as the right to vote. The organizer can only ensure that shareholders can exercise their rights through comprehensive audio transmission.

An independent acoustics office measures and documents the speech intelligibility in the entire presence area during the AGM.

The German Stock Corporation Act stipulates that an Annual General Meeting must be concluded within one calendar day. This means that the chairman of the meeting must have closed the meeting by 11:59 p.m. on the scheduled day, otherwise it is invalid and must be repeated. G+B supports you in complying with this requirement with individually tailored speaking time limitation systems.
