On behalf of CBE DIGIDEN AG, we acted as the lead technical partner for the digital regional assemblies of the West, East, North and South Germany regions of the German Bundeswehr Association. Over a period of three days in each region, digital discussions took place between the regional executive committee in the studio and up to 400 delegates working from home or their offices. The regional assemblies for the East and North were held in a hybrid format: here, the districts met at different venues, which were linked together.

The central virtual meeting point for all regional assemblies was the streaming portal, which offered a range of functions.

Hundreds of motions were discussed and adopted by the delegates here, and a large number of elections were conducted digitally. The elections were exceptionally challenging in terms of their complexity and scope. Delegates were able to access all important documents at any time via the download section. With a simple click on the portal, delegates could register to speak and were connected live to the stream.

The ceremony honouring deserving association members and elected representatives, which traditionally takes place on the third day of the event, was also held entirely online during the fully digital assemblies. Those being honoured were connected live from across the entire regional association and, despite the unfamiliar setting, were recognised with dignity and warmth.

Our team used professional equipment to transform each event venue into a streaming location and, together with our colleagues from IT, helped to ensure that the events were a success.
