Russia Day: 4th Entrepreneur Day in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
For the first time as a digital event with speakers in Rostock and St. Petersburg
Overview of the project:
The 4th Entrepreneur Day: Russia in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was a challenge for the participating organizers due to the pandemic, which was mastered excellently together with G+B as technical partner.
This time guests are not allowed to attend in person at the Stadthalle?
As an alternative, we are setting up two livestreams for the digital event, which will be broadcast synchronously in German and Russian. Only the speakers will be present in person in the studio.
Speakers from Russia are not allowed to travel to Rostock?
There will be a live feed from the St. Petersburg studio. The setup in the Rostock Stadthalle and various cleverly chosen camera views give the impression that all speakers are on stage together.
Thanks to an intercom connection to St. Petersburg, we were able to perfectly control the flow direction in both studios and were in close communication with both the German and Russian-speaking presenters. This enabled a smooth cross-moderation of the talk show.
