For the first time as a digital event with speakers in Rostock and St. Petersburg
The project at a glance
The 4th Entrepreneur Day: Russia in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was a challenge for the organisers involved due to the pandemic, which was mastered excellently together with G+B as technical partner.
This time, guests are not allowed to attend in person at the Stadthalle?
As an alternative, we are setting up two live streams for the digital event, which will be broadcast synchronously in German and Russian. Only the speakers will be present in person in the studio.
Are the speakers from Russia not allowed to travel to Rostock?
There will be a live feed from the St. Petersburg studio. The setup in the Rostock Stadthalle and various skilfully chosen camera angles give the impression that all the speakers are on stage together.
Thanks to an intercom connection to St. Petersburg, we were able to perfectly control the programme in both studios and were in close contact with both the German and Russian-speaking presenters. This enabled a smooth cross-moderation of the panel discussion.
