Siemens Annual Shareholders’ Meetings 2025

In February, we were able to technically implement the annual general meetings of Siemens AG, Siemens Energy AG and Siemens Healthineers – in each case as purely digital events at the corporate headquarters.

The technical focus was on an 18-metre-wide, 3.5-metre-high LED wall, slightly curved and positioned as a stage backdrop in the scene area. It formed the visual center of the productions – for inserts, graphics and corporate content in impressive sharpness and size.

The executive committee area with seats for the board of directors and supervisory board was built at a 90-degree angle to this – in a classic clean white.

Our team provided the technical equipment for all three events:

• Rigging with black trussing for an unobtrusive studio image
• Lighting exclusively with energy-efficient LED spotlights for basic studio lighting suitable for cinemas
• Redundant audio infrastructure optimized for pure streaming – lip-synchronous and with clear sound
• Video and media technology including a central media server. and media technology including a central media server to control all content and signal paths
