How can I conduct elections and votes digitally?

We provide you with digital software tailored to your needs, which you can use during the general meeting. Your digital elections and votes are securely conducted from start to finish. Upon request, invitations can be sent to members electronically in accordance with the bylaws. Members register online and receive their personal login credentials via email. On the day of the meeting, they vote via our event platform, the streaming portal, or a platform provided by you. The results of the vote are available to you in real time.

We offer various authentication options with different levels of security. This could include two-factor authentication, where the additional factor can be an SMS or an email.

Our digital solutions for online elections are GDPR-compliant and are hosted on servers located in Germany.
