G+B Managing Director

The management team of GAHRENS + BATTERMANN GmbH & Co. KG will in future consist of the four managing directors Dr. Norbert Gahrens, Jörg Hendrichs, Manfred Sprott and Carsten Zwerg.

Carsten Zwerg strengthens the management team with his expertise and will be present both at the headquarters and at the Hamburg site.

Carsten Zwerg is an expert in the field of event technology and event services with many years of experience in finance and operations. After training at Deutsche Bank and studying industrial engineering, he began his career in 1994 in controlling at the German TV production company Me, Myself and Eye. In 2002, he joined Procon Event Engineering GmbH in the finance department and was appointed Managing Director in 2007. After the merger with Production Resource Group in 2009, Carsten Zwerg took over several functions in the management and was appointed CEO for the DACH region in 2013. After leaving PRG in early 2019, Carsten Zwerg worked as a consultant and interim manager and now joins the management of Gahrens+Battermann.
