With over 1,500 displays, more than 1,100 laptops, and 115 tons of equipment, the Berlin-based G+B team delivered a logistical and technical masterpiece at Cisco Live! 2026 in Amsterdam—showcasing first-class conference technology at its best.
Cisco Live! 2026 – Amsterdam
Cisco Live! 2026 in Amsterdam was one of the year’s largest IT conference events. From stage setups and breakout rooms to labs and certification areas—every corner of the venue had to be equipped with flawless media technology.
Our mission: Providing and operating the conference technology and IT infrastructure for one of Europe’s most demanding tech conferences.
Requirements
The project demanded the highest standards in planning, logistics, and technical precision. Across the entire venue, thousands of devices had to be installed, configured, and operated on schedule—from large-format displays in conference areas to fully equipped laptop labs for interactive workshops and certifications. At the same time, over 520 cubic meters of media technology had to be coordinated, and more than 1,000 crew days had to be deployed efficiently—seamlessly, on time, and without compromise.
Solution
Planned and delivered under the leadership of the G+B Berlin team: Drawing on years of experience in professional conference technology, our Berlin colleagues developed an end-to-end logistics and technical concept that seamlessly connected all areas of the venue.
Through precise planning and the coordinated deployment of an experienced crew, all devices were set up, tested, and commissioned on schedule. From delivery to the final day of dismantling, technology, processes, and teamwork worked in perfect harmony.
