Environment & Resources – Rental Park
Energy-efficient and durable technology
The G+B rental fleet is constantly being developed. When selecting new equipment, we increasingly take into account not only quality, performance, cost-effectiveness and availability, but also energy efficiency, durability and the use of resources.
For us, this is not just about the latest technology, but also about utilising existing systems as sensibly as possible and for the long term.
We have therefore professionally coordinated our maintenance, procurement and sales management.
Efficient Technology in Action
LED, Projection, and Audio
Modern LED, projection and audio systems deliver high technical quality whilst making more efficient use of energy. When investing in new equipment or replacements, we therefore prioritise not only performance but also energy efficiency, quality and durability.
Planning and executing events thoughtfully
Digitization
Digital solutions have long supported us in the planning and delivery of events, as well as in our internal processes. They help us to streamline workflows, make information available and reduce paper use wherever digital processes can be used effectively.
We are constantly refining these structures.
Utilizing Resources Across Locations
Locations & Logistics
With our six sites, we serve our customers throughout Germany. We allocate technical resources and expertise on a project-by-project basis across all our sites. This creates flexibility and ensures existing resources are utilised as required – whilst systematically taking transport and logistics into account.

Using Technology to Meet Needs
Life Cycle & Mindful Procurement
Before making new purchases, we assess what is actually required and whether existing equipment can be utilised within our cross-site rental pool.
At the same time, we monitor technical developments, customer requirements and demand. If it becomes apparent that demand for certain products is declining, we take timely steps to recycle or sell them off and plan ahead for necessary investments in up-to-date technology.
A large proportion of our procurement is managed centrally from Bergisch Gladbach. This allows us to consolidate requirements and coordinate procurement more effectively. The principle of ‘need before procurement’ applies to all product groups and purchases across all areas.
People & Community
For us, inspiring people also means taking responsibility for the people who work at and with G+B.
Fair working conditions, equal treatment, respectful collaboration, and health and safety are among our binding principles.
Training and further education have been a top priority at G+B for many years. Through apprenticeships, dual study programmes and the G+B Academy, we invest in the next generation, skills development and personal growth. Together with FOM, we are continuing to develop this approach with a range of study programmes tailored to our industry.
Our employees’ perspectives are also an integral part of this: feedback, experiences and ideas help us to further develop our company and the way we work together.

Responsible Corporate Governance
For G+B, responsibility is also part of the way we manage our company and build business relationships.
Our Code of Conduct provides a binding framework for this. It covers, amongst other things, human rights and labour rights, equal treatment, health and safety, environmental protection and the conservation of resources, fair competition, the prevention of corruption and data protection. These principles also apply to our collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors.
At the same time, we are continuing to develop our processes: from responsible procurement and customer and employee feedback to the more systematic collection of relevant data and improvement measures.
