TRENDS IN LIVEMARKETING, EVENT CATERING AND EVENT TECHNOLOGY: THIS WAS OPEN+MIND 2019

What does a winter wonderland have to do with a summer party? Guests at the Open+Mind event on July 02, 2019 were able to explore this question. GAHRENS + BATTERMANN, REALIZE Live Marketing, Dallmayr Eventcatering and the Design Offices jointly invited guests to the 3rd Open+Mind event in Munich.

At 5:00 p.m. the gates opened in the brand new location Design Offices Munich Atlas. The approximately 200 guests took the elevator to the 13th floor, where they were greeted by an enchanting winter backdrop. The G+B team of the Munich branch gave the reception area of the 13th floor a wintry atmosphere – with a creative set-up of design panels by ATOMIC Rental Solutions, a harmonious lighting concept and several LED steles on which wintry content was played. The decoration by Dallmayr Eventcatering provided additional winter flair. Between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., the event participants already discovered the trends for their upcoming Christmas party in high summer: from wintery food and cocktails, to room design and the winter concept, to event technology and ATOMIC decoration. There was genetic conversation and sharing of trends. Before the guests started into the summer party with a cool snowdowner, it got really contemplative with classical opera singing at 5:30 pm.
