G+B Eventtechnik for the carnival session opening

G+B Eventtechnik for the opening of the carnival season at “Arena Alaaf” and “Koblenz steht Kopp”.

Anyone who claims that carnival is only loved and celebrated with heart and soul in the strongholds like Cologne and Mainz is mistaken. Enthusiasm and a positive response prevailed at this year’s premiere of “Arena Alaaf” in the Ostermann Arena in Leverkusen. In the SCHWALBE arena Gummersbach, this event format has already been firmly established since 2015 and the Jecken created a great atmosphere at two sold-out events. Fans of the fifth season also got the CGM Arena in Koblenz swaying at “Koblenz steht Kopp”.

Eric Kutter sums up:

Eric Kutter

Arena Alaaf is considered one of the most popular carnival events in the Bergisches Land region, and G+B was on board as a technical service provider from the very beginning. We are of course delighted that this success is now also being continued in Leverkusen.

Even though the motto of the 2019 session, “Uns Sproch es Heimat”, focuses on language, the CGM Arena was also buzzing with bands that didn’t speak Cologne.

Andreas Feld adds:

The series of events took place in Koblenz for the first time this year. As the project manager, you are particularly excited about how things will go. But everything went really well and the technology provided the right setting for an exuberant carnival party, even in Rhineland-Palatinate.
