On behalf of CBE DIGIDEN AG, we were the responsible technology partner for the digital state assemblies of the West, East, North and South German regions of the Deutscher BundeswehrVerband. Over three days in each of the two regions, the digital exchange took place between the state executive board in the studio and up to 400 delegates in the home office or the duty room. The state assemblies in the east and north held the event as a hybrid: Here, the districts met at different meeting places that were networked with each other.

The central virtual meeting point for all state assemblies was the G+B Streaming Portal with various functions.

Hundreds of motions were discussed and decided by the delegates here, and a large number of elections were held digitally. The elections were exceptionally demanding in their complexity and scope. The delegates found all important documents in the download area at any time. With a simple click on the portal, delegates could register to speak and were added live to the stream.

The traditional honouring of deserving association members and elected representatives on the third day of the event was also carried out in digital form at the purely digital meetings. The honourees were streamed live from the entire national association and, despite the unusual setting, were honoured in a dignified and heartfelt manner.

Our team transformed the respective event location into a streaming location with professional technology and, together with the colleagues from IT, contributed to the successful implementation of the events.
