For the 7th time event technology service provider for the Merz Expert Summit

This year, the major aesthetics congress of Merz Pharmaceuticals GmbH took place in Munich. G+B was again responsible for the entire content and technical implementation. We look back on an all-round successful congress, which inspired the organizers and all trade visitors. Every year, more than 4600 experts in aesthetic medicine and dermatology from 60 different countries meet at the Merz Expert Summit. The event is used as a space for interactive lectures, live treatments, technologies and scientific developments in aesthetic medicine. In addition to a spectacular stage design and many other technical highlights, we are especially pleased that Merz Pharmaceuticals GmbH has once again chosen G+B as its event technology specialist.

Why did Merz once again choose G+B as its full-service technology provider?

Since 2011 we have been working for this aesthetics congress throughout all events in Europe – including 2019 in Munich. From the very beginning, we have always been able to optimally implement the wishes and requirements. Who wouldn’t rather trust people they already know? Every year, our well-rehearsed team of technicians, creative minds and sales people gathers new experiences at the Expert Summit, knows the customer very well and reacts quickly to all challenges and wishes that arise.

In addition, the customer already receives meaningful visualizations in the form of renderings with the first offers. We also used these to discuss and coordinate the stage sequences and lighting moods in virtual space with the customer during the course of the project.

This year a clean, modern stage design was desired. Large screens and two treatment rooms that can be opened and closed were part of the concept. There should be the possibility to dip the whole stage in different colors. For the stage construction we again used the versatile and impressive ATOMIC panels, which GAHRENS + BATTERMAN offers throughout Germany. Altogether our team convinced for the 7th time with a top performance and a first-class realization of all customer wishes.
