GAHRENS + BATTERMANN GmbH has been operating as GAHRENS + BATTERMANN GmbH & Co. KG since 15th August 2017. The general partner is newly-established management company G+B Management GmbH, which is taking over the legal representation and management of the full service provider in the field of event technology. All contracts with employees, customers and business partners have been retained, and are effective without change without adapting the name.
This change of legal status means that the advantages of a partnership are combined with those of a company limited by shares, and forward-looking framework conditions are created.
The employee-oriented family company mainly wants to establish itself in a contemporary way for future market and customer requirements, safeguard its corporate independence and create new options with a view to the employee participation which was introduced in the 1990s.
